Return Policy Defective products may be sent back to us and exchanged for another of the same product, if it is in stock. The product must be returned in its original mint condition, in original packaging with all package contents (product itself, included accessories, warranty cards, manuals) included. If the product is not in stock, you may exchange it for a product of equal value or return it for store credit. We may also be able to do necessary servicing and repairs on the product. If you believe your defective item is capable of repair, please contact us and we will assess the situation. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. If you have an issue regarding a defective item, please contact us first.
