It has been mentioned a few times, but it has never been implemented. Trading online in an informal setting such as this board can be risky. Fortunatly, we expect good conduct from our members, and most members that abide by our rules also have good ethics and can be trusted. However there still aren't any guarantees on people's behavior.

This is what this thread is for. Although we don't have any official rank or rating system, this thread can be useful for those that want to be assured that their transactions are going to be safe.

Here is how it will work:

If you have a good trade experience, share it. It's that simple. There really won't be guidelines, since this is an unofficial rating system.

If you have a bad experience, let us know.

If everyone logs the details of transactions, then we can get a good idea of how things are going.

For now, I think I will also allow disputes. If there are special circumstances that people should know about, then they can be posted here. Please keep things calm and civil. If the disputes start getting long & heated, I may split them into a seperate thread, just to keep the ratings easy to read. Members keep this in mind. There may be more than one side to an issue.

This still won't guarantee that your next trade will go well, but it will help you to make an informed decision. In any case, be aware that there are still risks. If you are a little unsure about online trading, make sure the member is someone that you know.

I have only traded once here. It went well. It was with a gentlemember named Fett42. He is responsible for my Speed Racer Epoch (& current avatar 11/18/2004)

Let the trading begin!

i would give 6, but 5 is the highest you can go..

anyways, i was in need of a ZZMT lugnut, because one of mine was stripped.

i posted asking for one, and boneyskin answered. he sent it to me FOR FREE! out of his own good will.
he is now down 89 cents american and a lug nut, but at least i'm happy. lol..
thanks again.

Soapbar89: 5 out of 5 (10 out of 5, if i could)
Basically what he said, everything went great and everything went true to our deal. Shippin went a little bit long because i recieved a blizzard worth about 3 feet of snow the day it was supposed to arrive. (I live in CO, hes in NJ) other then that i HIGHLY recommend business witht his guy. He even owns a small business that fixes computers. ask him for the website.

Thanks Soap!

NewEraXmod: 4.9 out of 5
I traded my M-16 airsoft gun for his lot of ZZ's. Communication was easy, nice kid to talk to.. sent items very quickly too! I was a little disappointed that i didnt get the corvettes, I <3 corvettes.. but it said so in the post so its my sad.gif any way, the only complaint i have is that one of the SE's has no antenna wire (easily fixed) and another one had MESSED up steering.. tried quite unsuccessfully to fix it.. now parts car (used wheel hubs in the third one).. and one of the ZZ regulars is 27 mHz!! Only received a 49mHz Tx! no fun sad.gif
to cap it off.. EXCELLENT packaging! would do business again!
